Summer Celebration, Mercer Island’s summer festival, starts July 14 and runs through July 15, so there will be no farmers market this weekend. Do come down and check out Summer Celebration, however.  The theme this year is Olympics, and we hear there will be a zip line, and some tasty food vendors, and you might even get the chance to meet a real Olympian or two.

In the meantime, you can look forward to a few market events on the calendar:

July 22 – Mercer Island in Motion! We will have a Jazzercise demo and a Yoga Bliss demo, and complimentary samples on herb and fruit infused beverages.

July 29 – Chef Demo with Lesa Sullivan, Personal Chef, local musician Eddie Bond on guitar, and Kitchen Botany at the Children’s table.
